I am a retired police sergeant from the N.Y.C.P.D. Upon completing twenty years of service, I decided that the commute to the city would not allow me to spend enough time with my family, and that I needed a second career closer to home. 

My wife and I had moved several times, but never had much satisfaction with the real estate agents that we contacted.  We found that a lot of agents were too busy to return phone calls. I knew that I could apply my many years of experience interacting with all aspects of the public to become the kind of real estate agent that my wife and I searched for, but never found.

Technological advances and the information age have redefined the agent / client relationship.  Now, more than ever, the buying and selling public is online and well-informed.  Many agents don't like the move towards the Internet, but I embrace it fully because it is not only the wave of the future, it is how business is being done today.
